What exactly is body recomposition?+
Losing fat while building or maintaining muscle at the same time. It's not bulking then cutting. It's not just eating less. It's a specific protocol — the right calories, macros, and training — tuned to your body every week.
Is recomp the only thing you do?+
No. Recomp is the most common, but sometimes a growth phase or shred phase is the smarter move depending on where you are. The assessment determines which approach fits. I don't force everyone into the same box.
What if I'm not seeing results?+
If you're following the plan consistently and not seeing progress in 4–8 weeks, we adjust. That's the whole point. My job is to figure out what works for YOUR body — not to hand you a plan and disappear.
Can I do this while on GLP-1s (Ozempic, Wegovy, etc.)?+
Yes. If your doctor prescribed a GLP-1, I work alongside your medical team — not instead of them. I adjust nutrition and training based on how your appetite and energy actually respond. Keeping muscle while on these meds is one of the most important things we can do together.
I'm a beginner. Will this work?+
Honestly, beginners often see the fastest results with recomposition. You have the most room to improve. The $150 Single Focus tier is a great starting point if you want to test the waters first.
What happens after coaching ends?+
You'll understand how your body works. You'll know how to adjust macros, manage training phases, and troubleshoot on your own. Continue coaching or go solo — either way, you're equipped. Not dependent.
